☁ it’s a cloudy day…some chance of rain i’m sure… i thought I’d share one of my favorites of songs I found this year. a song titled In the Rain… the Ernest Ranglin version! ^{_{the original by The Dramatics is also a big time jam but}} i can’t help but love the simplicity and laid back feel of this version in particular. it features a beautiful chorus singing words you'd have to be very attentive to pick up (lyrics below), Ranglin on guitar doing his thing! it’s soulful, funky, dubby…and all is as it should be.
